Today, after consulting with both the Secretary of State’s office and an attorney who specializes in election law, I sent a letter to the Georgia Secretary of State’s Inspector General requesting that office to “investigate the campaign activities of Fulton County Commissioner William “Bill” Edwards for any possible violation(s) of the state

Corruption is its own ideology.
Don’t back down, Andre.

Andre,
Seems like this might be an ethics violation. You may want to check that. Keep up the pressure on Edwards.

The “Inspector General’s” office? I don’t recall anything coming out of that office in the last 6 years (except the former person in charge)…why would they risk breaking their inertia and doing something now?

actually according to the kids over at the tavern corruption is a uniquely gop trait–so i am sure this should be summarrily dismissed and then andre as a good dem should report for reeducation so that he will quit implying that members of his party might do or have done something untoward…

Bill,
It look like Andre sent it to the Inspector General in the SoS office. I believe that is a new position that Handel put in place.
