Boldly going nowhere.
Is that where
Just couldn’t let the day go by without posting SOMETHING to PP, could you?
Poor Senator Craig – if you run with a pack of vicious stupid hyenas like the GOP, don’t be surprised when they turn on you.
Funny how Vitter gets a pass though – getting your diaper changed by hookers evidently is AOK with the family values party.
Let’s face it – the GOP is trash.
Just doing my job, Rogue hon.
He resigned, what more do you want from him?
As much as you liberals claim to be forgiving and accepting of people, you certain have a very mean streak.
Doug, not that I like the guy, but how many posts have we had bashing Vernon Jones for his sexcapades? Spacey’s not out of line here.
No kiding. The guy resigned and yet the gay bashing continues. I’m not really all that interested in the specifics of his bathroom rendezvous.
I think it’s odd that all these politicians keep going to the airport for gay sex, but from a straight man’s perspective a lot of it seems odd.
I think the fact one of Hillary’s MAJOR fundraisers is a convicted fellon is far more important, is this going to be Marc Rich Part II?
Marc Rich Part II? That’d be up to the Republicans, ATLdude.
Don’t know about that one Spacey. Rich patiently waited out a number of Republican administrations unitil he could buy a pardon from Clinton.
“how many posts have we had bashing Vernon Jones for his sexcapades? ”
It’s a little different in that contrary to stepping down from Dekalb CEO – Vernon is making himself more in the spotlight than ever before.
This deal has made this blogger totally paranoid about using a public toilet.
What kind of Retirement package is Craig entitled to?
The pardon of Marc Rich was a MAJOR blunder by the Clinton Administration. If he or Denise Rich show up on any of her campaign contribution disclosures it should and will take her down for good.
but then again there is the Scooter Libby angle:
excerpt from Marc Rich wikipedia article:
“During hearings after Rich’s pardon, Lewis “Scooter” Libby, who had represented Rich from 1985 until the spring of 2000, denied that Rich had violated the tax laws, but criticized him for trading with Iran at a time when that country was holding U.S. hostages.”
Much like I don’t and didn’t care about Clinton’s personal life, I couldn’t be bothered to care about the senator from Idaho.
Although I don’t think I’ll be using any airport facilities for a while.
This is all pretty simple. If you area public official and you solicit a blow job in a public place whether it is in a taxpayer supported airport restroom or the taxpayer supported Oval office galley, you should resign in disgrace.

And give them a kick in the a– on the way out.
Ah yes – solicit.
I know it’s hard for GOPers to imagine, but Clinton didn’t have to beg Monica, or purchase her services. She solicited him.
Take a bath, lose 100 pounds – even you might get lucky.
Marc Rich’s wife donated a lot of money to the DNC around the time of her husband’s pardon…it’s funny that people forget that.
This sicko is now trying to “reconsider” his resignation. I take back my defense of him. He deserves every last parting shot. I guess it was too much for him to do the right thing for once.
Give him a break, retiring was too much to swallow.
I’ll bet he made this decision was after thinking long and hard.
But, now he is just tap dancing around the issue.
Did I dream this up, or was there some mention today about expelling him if he doesn’t resign?
It’s a really sticky mess.
Can you blame the fellow?
