These allegations made by proponents of the political status quo are being refuted in totality by the dean of Emory Medical School, among others. Let’s see here, who do I believe…Bill Shipp or the dean of Emory Medical School?

That article was written by Dick Pettys, not Bill Shipp…and the article quotes verbatim from a doctor from Emory who works at Grady

I can’t put a lot of credibility on an unnamed doctor’s allegations compared to the dean of the medical school, who is quoted in the AJC saying that Emory has been completely aboveboard in all their dealings with Grady.

“Emory is in compliance with the contract.”

I’m really curious to see if this is picked up by the AJC in tomorrow’s edition.

Harry,

It does not look like Emory’s dean was very forthright about the Grady audit.

Check this out.

From the article:

(Michael Hollis) praised the way Emory has treated Grady hospital, particularly its patience regarding Grady’s debt to the medical school.

“I’m pretty high on the Grady-Emory relationship,” he said.

If a client is several months in arrears with paying my fees, I’m thinking about dumping that client. Given the current inept circumstances I don’t understand why Emory even continues to fool around with Grady.

I believe we’re put here to love and help those truly deserving of help, so we actually have a moral responsibility to eliminate the greedy, worthless political hacks who leech off the system, and make sure that the maximum community tax funds are really getting to those who are in need.
