    well this is as good a place as any to mention it i suppose–i am the dentist clint mentioned in his blog who is also a city council candidate in pooler ga–my website went up this morning and i will be qualifying tommorrow just after lunch–i ran in 05 as well and came up about 82 votes short of winning–pooler has a free for all citywide vote for 6 council seats w/ the top 6 vote getters seated on the council…no word yet on whether i’ll be able to secure the ltguv endorsement—of course i’ve never actually met him–but still…wish me luck folks–and if you happen to know anybody in pooler–please encourage them to consider me as their councilman—thanx…

    my fraternity had a rugby club team and the matches always seemed a sideshow for the real action around the kegs–if that is more the norm than an exception–perhaps athens–or even next door in savannah would be a better location for such debauchery…
