Wacko lefty he might be, but everyone can agree that Georgia politics and traffic just won’t be the same without Peachtree Screed. Doug Monroe (Peachtree Screed on his Atlanta Magazine blog), the much beloved, longtime local journalist and native Atlantan has decided to abandon us cracker-heads and move to NYC.
But… I bet if he landed his perfect dream job, he’d never want to leave. Just in the nick of time, gosh darn it all — I went and found him just the one to keep him here!
