I got a copy of the Oconee County sample ballot today. The Congressional race is in one column with all 10 names and a write-in space in one column. We have a question on the ballot which was placed in the second column.

The actual ballot on the machine (at least in Clarke) is two columns. I voted absentee in person on an electronic machine. Marlow is the last name in the first column, and Whitehead is the last name altogether, right next to Marlow.
