2 shot inside CNN headquarters complex

From the AP:

A man and a woman were shot inside the building complex that houses CNN’s headquarters in what police described as a “domestic situation.”

The two were arguing when the man pulled out a gun and shot the woman, Atlanta Police Officer James Polite said. He said the man was then shot by a CNN security guard. Their conditions were not immediately released.

Now word on if Ted Turner and Jane Fonda are in town at the same time.

That’s pretty terrible of you to crack jokes about such a situation, Erick…

… by doing so, you ruined MY chance to crack a joke about SB43!

Not a funny thing at all. I work 5 blocks from there and had a co-worker who was having lunch in the food court that was injured in the stampede trying to get out of there. He’s at the hospital now with a dislocated shoulder having x-rays taken.

Domestic situations are never funny. Especially when they endanger the public.

Does anyone know where Vernon Jones was at the time?

(Sorry, the position of this post following the report of Vernon’s trevails was just too ironic.)

Geez Erick, that is so tasteless. And, everyone knows that Ted is out of town now that he doesn’t have to worry about opening day at Turner Field.

Oddly enough, though, Rudy was doing a CNN interview and I think one of his former wives lives in Atlanta (that may or may not be true).

    Apparently, it was a play.

The man was acting the part of the NRA and the woman was playing the role of the private property rights of all Georgians…

Hey bedwetter, grow up. Stop taking things so seriously and you will probably live longer and happier.

Erick was not making fun of the victim he was just making a joke about Ted and Jane’s well known failed marriage. And the fact that Ted was the founder and used to run CNN, it is a funny one.

If you guys spent more time injecting humor into the world, it would be a lot more pleasant for everyone.
