Good for Georgia

Clearly this is all Sonny’s fault. Oh wait, it’s good news. It clearly must be the last lingering vestiges of Roy Barnes’ administration hard at work.

Georgia’s kindergarten program for 4-year-olds ranks second in the nation in that category, based on the 2006 State of Preschools results from the National Institutes for Early Education Research. South Carolina is eighth.

Is it possible it’s from both?

That work by both administrations have contributed to this? That doesn’t seem far-fetched to me.

Read what it actually is though. It’s only access. Anyone can dump money into something that allows all 4 year olds into a program. But what of the quality and the results? That is the rank I would like to see.
