Doomsday Alert: Killer Bees coming to Georgia.

Augusta Chronicle: Officials start to sound alarm on killer bees

The winged invader, officially dubbed the Africanized honey bee but known as the killer bee, has been edging closer to Georgia. It already has migrated through a part of the southern United States, including Texas and Florida.

Columbia County Extension Agent Charles Phillips says the bee could be in southern Georgia by summer and in the Augusta area by summer 2008.

For a minute there I thought this post was about some heralded new Tech football recruits.

    Disappointed again…

    Go Tech.

They were supposed to be here 10 years ago. Did they get stuck in traffic or something? I am not to worried as I have not heard of any mass killings by these dreaded bees. I think the katrina refugees did more killing than the bees did.

Good thing the Global Warming will kill them off. Everyone drive a few extra miles each day to save us from the bees.

  4. Chris Farris,
That was a good joke. I like that one. I wonder what kills Killer Bees. I would think most areas have every bee killer out there to combat these pests, if they become a problem. I think we will be safe from bees by global warming because we will put Al Gore in a bee hive and he will only get stung.

IF PEOPLE WOULD PUT GOD FIRST IN
    EVERYTHING THEY WOULD NOT HAVE
    FEAR OF THESE BEES.
GOD SAYS IN HIS WORD THAT THINGS
SUCH AS THIS WOULD COME UPON THIS EARTH.

Hey mercy, you are f-cking stupid if you think Jesus can save you from anything. Typical GOPer.
