Defeat For Mohawk

From the U.S. Supreme Court:

The Supreme Court on Monday said it has declined to consider an appeal by Calhoun-based Mohawk Industries Inc., which was sued by its employees for allegedly hiring illegal immigrants in an effort to depress wages.

The carpet and floor-covering company had sought to have the case dismissed, something lower federal courts had declined to do. The court’s decision allows the suit to proceed in federal court.

  1. David says:

If the case has merit and Mohawk was knowingly hiring illegals, throw their sorry asses in jail and levy gargantuan fines. This illegal invasion has to be stopped somewhere. Georgia is a good first step.
