Staff reports that, in January, Georgia had the third-highest foreclosure rate for the fourth month in a row, according to RealtyTrac&#039;s U.S. Foreclosure Market Report for January. That&#039;s a rough start for Georgia in 2007, since the state ranked No. 2 for foreclosures in 2006.</description>
