    Okay, I’ll bite…

Jack has a point in needing a plan, but it’s got to be a bit more detailed and specific. I did not vote Democrat, but I can tell you exactly what Pelosi and Company have proposed for the first 100 hours and I have to say, there isn’t much I disagree with being proposed for those first 100 hours.

Some federal level Republicans have lost trust and credibility for saying one thing and doing another. Republicans couldn’t even pass meaningful ethics legislation because some didn’t want to come off the trough of lobbyist funded benefits. Republicans couldn’t even be honest brokers of some of the most important issues facing our country without trying to tie in some kind of kick back for big corporate interests.

If they keep that trend up, they will lose Republican voters like myself and most of the country.

On some levels, Democrats have come forward as the Republican party of 1994 and the Congressional Republicans represented the arrogant Democrats of 1994…

    Power corrupts…

    Bull Moose,

The Democrats have done absolutely nothing yet. In fact, Pelosi is supporting an ethics challenged member for Majority leader and had an ethically challenged former police chief elected sgt at arms.

Let’s wait for the paint to dry before we decide if we like the color.

As for the Kingston video, I take it that was for Republican members of Congress? Who is he up against?

  4. Bull Moose says:

Who cares who she supports for Majority Leader… We’re talking about how they won the election… If you want a Republican Majority back, then, encourage her to do more for Murtha!

In fact, don’t we deserve to know who Georgia’s Democratic House Members are supporting?

Kingston is facing Marsha Blackburn-TN, Adam Putnam-FL, and Dan Lungren-CA.

  5. DougieFresh says:

    BM,

I was not complaining about her support of Murtha. To the contrary, it is my wish they go crazy with their new found power and have at it.

I was just challenging your assertion that they have come forward as the Republicans of 1994. The Dems have come forward with absolutely nothing, have nothing to offer, and only won because of Republican failings.

Now, the American voter will get a refresher course in how the Democrats operate.
