A Runoff for Governor?

I doubt it, but it could happen. To happen, it’d require a big turnout for Garrett Hayes, the Libertarian.

How much will he get? Let’s figure it out.

As political Director I believe this will be our best year ever. Our ads started today in 5 counties they will run till election day. We also just placed ads in 6 locals paper in the metro also.I believe we could have a run off but if we do is not Garrett Hayes’ fault. Both of these other guys have had thier chance. If they can not pull 50% it is because they have not impressed the voters.
Also our election night party we be in Marietta at Three Bear Cafe.

Hayes has no chance of getting elected to ANY statewide office and is a total waste of time and money. He will not crack 5%. The best that can happen is to force a runoff and this WILL NOT happen either and what have you accomplished, the right to run again in 4 years and get 4.1%of the vote again. But, that is what is great about this country and I do admire his effort and those that support him.

I don’t think it’s a waste of time or money. I’m glad there is someone I can vote for in good conscious.

I think there will definitely be a runoff but it won’t be b/c of Hayes.

It will be b/c Sonny is under 50%. lol

Personally I do not like Hayes, I agree with defnotrep about Sonny…he is not a good gov. I hope Hayes can pull 30% even. It won’t happen, he will probably only get 5% 0r 6%, but support for a third party is important. The two umbrella parties have played the rhetoric game for too long. I think that a third party candidate who gives responses and policy positions on the issues is what America needs, not just Georgia. It will force the Dems and Repubs to give answers…not rhetoric.
