I saw that site earlier. I only skimmed through the Georgia Delegation. Seems the commonsense Democrats (Marshall, Bishop, Barrow, Scott) received good grades. Lewis and McKinney didn’t do well nor did most of the Republicans.

But Barrow’s low score, even for a Freshman, shows yet again that he is utterly ineffective as a Congressman.

I mean, you can see how this kind of stuff becomes pretty ridiculous. On the one hand, you’ll argue that Perdue’s got a great record. But Marshall and Perdue have been in office the exact same duration, so is Marshall’s record over the same period, based on the same thing happening, now bad?

The whole point is that the number of voters in the 8th/12th district who will care about these ratings is probably equal to the number of people who contribute money or work for this group.

What is Kia thinking bringing a new plant to LaGrange? Don’t they know we don’t bow down to the man in this state? We don’t want to take those jobs from hard-working Koreans.

Those – like Max Burns – who receive NAM awards have a proven record of working hard to create jobs and economic growth within their districts. And obviously, those – like Johnnie Athens – who receive a poor rating are hindering job growth and economic prosperity.
