Wilhite to be arraigned on disorderly conduct charge

Cherokee County Magistrate Court Judge Ben Abney ruled Friday afternoon that there was enough evidence against Mary Wilhite to charge her with a misdemeanor, the Associated Press is reporting. Wilhite will have to “turn herself in to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday

Thank goodness for the AP’s article. Because the one written by Christopher Quinn of the AJC is written more in line with Wilhite being the victim.

Quinn’s story should have concluded with the following statement, “Paid for by Friends of Mary Wilhite”.
