Now that I’ve had my evening laugh, goodnight. She must have learned this behavior lesson from MT.

For the first time in memory, I agree with something Cynthia Tucker has written.

McKinney suing the AJC over this opinion piece is a pretty durn good indicator of her attitude toward opinions she doesn’t like — as well as of her opinion on the jurisdiction of America’s courts to punish people for saying things she doesn’t like.

The fifth complaint in McKinney’s attorney’s letter is the most amusing. Raffauf writes:

“The Power Rankings by Congress.org show that Congresswoman McKinney ranked number 277 of 435 Congresspersons in legislative effectiveness.”

I’m looking at the rankings, and McKinney is #408 overall (Lewis is #287). I believe Raffauf is referring to this ranking (the numbers almost match), but that’s not much of an endorsement: it appears she simply ties for the third-to-lowest score with lots of other reps.

And considering her populist presentation of herself, it’s odd that she would want to publicly appeal to a list created by a company that serves lobbyists.

In the overall rankins, McKinney is #408. Only in this category does she approach the number Raffauf cites, and even then it’s not impressive: she simply ties for the third-to-lowest score.

And given her populist presentation of herself, it’s odd that McKinney would want to publicly appeal to a list created by a company that serves lobbyists.

Jason, is the only way a person can be a “conservative” is be a “Christian?”

/shakes his head in that abject ignorance of some moronic posters.

I’m like Jacewalden. I’m a Conservative, and I’m a Christian, but i’m not a “Christian Conservative”. Oh, and I thought the McDonalds made kids fat lawsuit was bogus…this one even makes that one legit…almost.
