    this will either:
    A) Make Cynthia appear somewhat rational by association or
    B) Make Young look irrational by association
my money is on the latter.

Is Young becoming the African-American version of Jimmy Carter in Georgia? Seriously, has his opinion on everything become a bit too public by now?

Andrew Young, Jimmy Carter, Zell Miller… Why should anyone listen to what they have to say anymore? They’re all out of politics, they should just go away.

From Neal Boortz, who agrees with Clint Austen that McKinney is better in that seat than an actually effective Democrat:

OK .. I can explain my endorsement. But what about Andrew Young? What possible reason did he have to come out in support of McKinney. Well … here’s his reasoning.

She thinks for herself.” Well isn’t that special. Come on Andy. It’s not who’s doing the thinking, it’s what’s being thought. I wonder who Young thinks does the thinking for Hank Johnson.

She has a “right to express her opinions.” Well there’s another golden reason to support McKinney! She has a right to express her opinions! Yippee! I guess Young is saying here that Johnson doesn’t have a right to express his opinions.

Young also says that he thinks it scandalous that the national Fraternal Order of Police donated $1,000 to Hank Johnson’s campaign. So .. there you go. The police shouldn’t donate to political campaigns. Another reason Young is endorsing McKinney.

Come on, Andy. You’re better than this.
