Tidbits from the AJC blogs

Bobby Kahn may stay on as Chairman for a few more months:

So there’ll be a meeting of the state Democratic executive committee later this month. On the agenda will be a proposal to put off election of a new chairman until after November, when Democratic fortunes will be a little more clear.

Angela Moore, Dem. candidate for SoS and Hank Johnson, Dem. candidate for 4th CD have campaign songs.

Finally, Jim Wooten has morhped into a blogger. Good move Mr. Wooten.

  1. Bill Simon says:

If the Dems ever want to win again, they have to move thier state convention to a time BEFORE the primary. Otherwise, to change leadership right before a General Election is utterly absurd.

  2. atlantaman says:

It’s a shame Kahn doesn’t want to be Chairman, in the old days the Captain would go down with the ship.

Then again, with the increasing domination of the Dem Party of Georgia by Blacks and Urban Liberals, you don’t need to be a fortune teller to see a change in leadership is coming whether Bobby steps down or not.
