Talk about cutting it close. Qualifying is now over. As of 11:45 and 5 seconds, the Secretary of State updated the qualifying page and did not have Congressman Jim Marshall listed.
I assume he has qualified by now, but if not, it’s over.
[UPDATE] A commenter who, based on his IP address, should know, says that Marshall qualified hours ago.
[UPDATE 2] A friend informs me that it takes some time for the data to get from where the qualifying is taking place to the Secretary of State’s database. But, a lot of people had noticed the same thing under the gold dome and were wondering.

The web page is neither official nor in real time. Marshall aualified hours ago.

I should know. Maybe. But you never know. I could be Brian Robinson.

That is true, you could be.

Now wait a minute. Taking that seriously is a real insult!

I qualified Marshall early in the day. I think the SOS is slammed but if you like the old fashioned way you can go look at our list on the courthouse door
