Fear that debate might turn nasty and invoke a bitter groundswell like that in Florida earlier this year when the Terri Schiavo case was unfolding has prompted Woodstock Republican state Sen. Chip Rogers to yank proposed legislation to limit situations when a terminally ill patient may be removed from life support, Rogers said Wednesday.
