Unemployment Goes Up. Bobby Kahn Delighted

He gets another angle with which to attack the Governor.

Georgia’s latest unemployment figures rose to 5.6 percent forJune and continued to be above the national average two months in arow, according to state labor officials. The Georgia Department of Labor announced Thursday the state’s unemployment rate rose .6 percent over May. The national rate for June
was 5.2 percent.

    Since we have a Dem Labor Commissioner, I wonder how reliable these figures are. Maybe someone can enlighten us on how “professional” these numbers are…
